Effect of Anti-Programmed Cell Death Protein-1 Antibody Combined with Paclitaxel on Cervical Cancer via Phosphoinositide 3-Kinase/Protein Kinase B Pathway in Rats

The therapeutic effect of combined drugs on cervical cancer has been confirmed. Whether antiprogrammed cell death protein 1 antibody with paclitaxel mediates the phosphoinositide 3-kinase-protein kinase B pathway to regulate still needs further research. 20 nude mice received subcutaneous administration Henrietta Lacks cells establish model which was then assigned into blank control group, group A (programmed (5 mg/ kg) administration), (paclitaxel) and observation paclitaxel) followed by analysis proliferation, apoptosis, expression signaling related proteins messenger ribonucleic acids. Observation had lowest tumor size, highest proliferation inhibition rate were all reversed in largest apoptosis. There no difference between (p>0.05). expressions 3-kinase, B, p53 p21 group. In addition, significant Anti-programmed may inhibit activity signaling, thereby downregulating p21, controlling division, promoting apoptosis finally exerting anti-tumor effects.
